Give Yourself Some Grace and Space
Are you at a point in your life where you're trying to bring order, but now feel stressed trying to get everything accomplished? Sometimes, when you find the energy to tackle tasks, you want to make the most of it—leading you to add twenty more things to your to-do list. It's great that you're taking steps to restructure your life, but it's equally important not to overwhelm yourself. Give yourself time to get everything done.
I encourage you to write down all the tasks you want to complete. When you can see everything in front of you, the process of tackling them may not feel as daunting. Give yourself grace as you embark on your journey of self-discipline. We are often our own worst critics, so take some time to relax, appreciate how far you've come, and get excited about where these new habits will take you!
