Strengths Check In
On our journey of life we discover and uncover new things about ourselves daily. We encounter people who challenge and shape our outlook on life and help to shape our personalities and identity. I find the process of being one with ourselves the most liberating because here on Earth, who is going to know you better than you. If you have found yourself in a place where you want to redefine how you see yourself, The Strengths Check In is a great place to start. By showing up for yourself, it is the first step to becoming a better version of your current self.
So what are your strengths?
With the beginning of a new season, while completing this exercise you may be surprised to see some of the strengths that you overlook everyday.
To complete this exercise, first start by taking a deep breath 😮💨.
I would not recommend overthinking each word, highlight each word that immediately resonates with you. If you want to go the extra mile you can circle the maybes or circle the words that you want to begin to embody.
Once you have completed the list, take another deep breathe and take a moment to realize how many strengths you highlighted. :)
Often times we forget to shine a light on our own unique qualities and focus only on what we lack.
Call your energy back and find peace in knowing you were made with wonder and care.
Come back to this exercise as often as needed, make a mental note of one skill you really value about yourself and one you fully want to integrate into your being.
