The calm before the storm

The waiting period before all your fruitions come to light

The feeling of that waiting period is what makes me think of the color storm grey.

Cloudy gloomy days always give me a chance to rest. Most people in America stay inside when the weather is bleak outside however it makes me feel at ease. The color grey makes me more mindful of my mood, a reminder to decide what shade of grey I feel.

Storm grey is usually accompanied with bright blues and pale yellows. When a storm is approaching the sky will often have a face off before the storm clouds officially take over the sky.

White clouds become grey,

A bright blue sky become dim and the air feels still

The final feel of a warm day suddenly turns into a chilled evening, that is how storm grey makes me feel and that is a feeling I want to carry with me for the entire 2024 Year.

This year I believe will yield an abundance of blessings.
